Who are we?
3TI Federal JV LLC is a joint venture between 3TFederal Solutions LLC, Tyrula LLC and Inalab Consulting Inc. We are an 8(a), certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned, certified HUBZone, small business. We provide disruptive innovations that are incrementally evolved using Agile process. These breakthrough innovations enhance the established products by improving their performance and efficiency. We provide IT solutions, products and strategic consulting to extend the product lifecycle of existing products and move to High-Value work as mentioned in Presidential memo M-18-23 (https://www.whitehouse.gov/wp-content/uploads/2018/08/M-18-23.pdf), and M-17-22 (https://www.whitehouse.gov/sites/whitehouse.gov/files/omb/memoranda/2017/M-17-22.pdf).
We have two subcontractors that provide unique capabilities. The Clearing uses a unique approach in tackling technically and socially complex problems. They use “The Primes “framework and “Idea to Impact (i2i)” approach to problem solving. Our subcontractor Bellese’s product RPM provides lean/agile work management tools. Their services include micro-services development, user centered design, lean & agile management and mobile first design.
What we do?
We provide and enhance solutions. For example, we use Robotic Process Automation (RPA). To reduce unnecessary manual interactions with graphical user interface (GUI), we deploy RPA solutions. This is deployed in a short time to improve efficiency of the manual process. The next step from RPA is to integrate systems using micro-services to make the solution more robust and reusable. Micro-services are easier to build, maintain, allow using different technologies, scalable and can be used across cross functional teams (reuse). A set of micro-services can provide incremental benefits, make the solution more stable and are organized around business capabilities. If we see RPA as rules based or if-then statements (arms and legs), machine-learning is the brain. We use machine learning for image recognition, text analysis (natural language processing) to help make business processes more efficient. Machine-learning is related to Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning, we have deployed neural networks to cluster and classify data.
How we do it?
For Agile engagements, we start with the 13 plays defined in US Digital Services Playbook. In addition, we use many Atlassian tools and plays. For DevSecOps we prefer to use Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®).
